Firebrand was made from a Pinkie Pie base. She was sculpted in super sculpey and painted in high quality acrylics using an airbrush. She was then sealed with mod podge. This OC was probably the most challenging ponies I have ever made. Each hoof alone took about 45 minutes, all her hairs are hand sculpted. She has extra fur on her cheeks, chest, belly, legs and hooves. The gradients in her hair would not have been possible without an airbrush. Firebrand was my first pony made using it, and I am so glad I was able to use it on her. . It was an honour making such a beautiful character.
