FOR SALE: Rainbow Power Rarity Plush

Rarity is based on the pre-finale rainbow power vectors. (none of that 2 tail business eww)

:bulletyellow:  Rarar is made from snow, purple, mauve, jewel, sky and sunshine minky. Her legs, horn etc were airbrushed with fabric paint and are still sublimely soft to the touch.

Her eyes were embroidered with a Brother Innovis 750D embroidery machine, Madiera Rayon embroidery thread, and Bernina V6 embroidery software. The eyes were designed and digitised by me. Her pattern was also designed by me. Her hooves contain poly pellets so she can stand well on her own. She is 17 inches to the top of her head. She has flat hooves and 3d sculpted ears. She has NO wire in her whatsoever, so she is extra cuddly. She didn't particularly need it, so I figured why not go full wireless for all those out there who prefer it. Her hair diamonds are made from appliqued angelina fiber that sparkles/shimmers brilliantly in the light. Trust me this stuff is stunning in person.

Please do not ask for the pattern, under no circumstance will I be giving it out.

:bulletyellow: The third (and last to be available for sale) in my rainbow power series (planning to make Pinky for myself later on). Rarity is based on the pre-finale vectors, which I think are far more appealing than the 2 tail 3 maned freak Rarity design in the finale. But that's just me and I'm biased as heck. I hope you enjoy her!

Idk why I love making Rarity so much. I always seem to make her when something exiting comes out. New Rarar eyes btw! I really love these ones and will probably use them for my own Rarity when I make her.

PLEASE zoom in to check out her details!

Thanks to :iconfireflytwinkletoes: for allowing me to be inspired by her Rarity forelock design. Go check her awesome stuff out.

Please comment/fav. It means allot to me.
I have not asked for critique. Any critique is not appreciated.

:star: Watch me or check out my journal (and tumblr) to see WIPs of this and other current projects.

I am currently working on other plushes. Keep an eye out on my page if you are interested in owning any of my future plushes.

I knew that it would be hard for me to comment on this girl. But I feel like I have so much to say!

I did bid on this gorgeous girl. And I want to address that for all of those who may feel like they don't understand the price tag for a plushie like this and can never imagine paying such money for them. Having been a deep admirer of plushies and someone still working toward a goal of plushing one day, I have slowly come to the realization that I would feel completed by a piece of plushie work.

I'm not rich. Believe me - if I was, I would be commissioning day and night and having my own little Ponyville and Equestria fully stocked to the nines in pones. I work for what I have and only buy what I feel are investment pieces and the necessaries. And I can understand the initial reaction from seeing so many plushies in department stores and being mass produced and then realizing the cost of a professional plushie for the first time. But for every one of those department store plushies, look at this plush. Where could you find such beauty from the heavens in a store? Where could you find it but done by a (phenomenally talented) fan who takes every element into consideration and has put her talents into her craft?

Materials cost money. Quality costs money. Drafting costs money. Designing costs money. Time costs money. Talent costs money.

Honestly, the only reason I didn't get into a mad bidding war over this gal was because I had just returned from a vacation and could not financially bid on her what I knew her to be worth.

Investing in a plush is not for everyone. If you want to be more casual and buy those plushs in a store, there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. I have quite a few in my collection. But owning a beauty of this magnitude comes along as a rarity. It is something that you can treasure and share the experience with - especially with commissioners who share your love in their particular fandoms.

Just wanted to say this on Rainbow!Rarity in particular because she really does speak to why I am so in love with the plushie makers of the world. Her beauty just...leaves you speechless. I am so happy for the bidder who won her and so thankful to be able to look at her pictures here. She rounds out the trinity of my favorite plushies of yours, Naz - between her, Crystal Rarity, and Marr Bell, I'm in love. Knew there was not much reasoning in telling you what I love in her because it's everything. Just everything.

I really wish you could have owned her ^_^. But sadly the mighty powers of ebay are out of my control haha. It means so much to hear that she was so special to you. I feel so similarly about my rainbow power Twilight, which I ended up (so happily) getting to keep for myself, because her bidder was a troll. I have her next to my Luna and every time I see them it takes my breath away. Some plushes are just so special and captivating. I hope one day I can make you a very special plush that makes you feel the same way.
